We love the security it gives us knowing our taxes are completed correctly and if something happens we have H&R Block to back us. Also we really love Ms. Lorene Pearson. She is an amazing accountant and the reason we started using H&R Block.

Lack of a loyalty program. I have done business with H&R for 15 years and wonder where the incentive is to keep long time customers. Over the years I've seen many different incentives to get someone to join H&R and for new customers, but not one for loyal long time customers. Do not get me wrong I have been satisfied with the service performed for me, however it seems that the appreciation is one sided. Over the years I have mentioned this with each survey, and each time I have mentioned a Loyalty Program. Just as an example every 3rd consecutive year the fees are half price or every 5th year they are free (mirroring the same services purchased the year before).
