Every time i go into the store at 7979 Fredericksburg rd in San Antonio and I go to get ice cream. It's feels completely melted. I've asked why and the employee said they are aware and made their manager aware but it's been weeks that this has happened. Please get someone to fix this issue.

Refused service because I didn’t have a mask on which is not required at most places anymore. The lady with the fake eyebrows refused to sell me anything because she made up her own rules on mask having to be required. 7/11 has no policy for customers required to wear face mask
