Ive been a patron to this Starbucks for 2 years, at times visiting this location about 2-3 days a week. NOT ONCE have i had a disappointing experience. The staff is awesome, welcoming and very proficient with quality coffee! GREAT JOB YO!
I was there this week and the woman taking order was extremely rude for no reason at all. I was shocked because they are usually nice. I get up to the window and the man taking transactions was rude as well and snatched my money out of my hand. I guess they were having a bad day but don't take it out on customers... especially ones that are loyal to your specific location. I left very confused. I'll drive across town to another location from now on.

Best customer service I’ve had in a while! Courtesy of a barista named Burk! She was so positive and kind and gave me great feedback about a drink I wanted to try. I will visit again :)
