Once in a while they get my drink wrong guess it depends on the barista but this also is not my usual Starbucks and my drink is complicated. The staff is always friendly and polite. There is this one employee that wears Starbucks mug earrings and I love her! She’s super sweet.
Great service. The associate was extremely helpful with suggestions because I was sure. WOW, what a brew.
Unfortunately, EVERY SINGLE time my husband and I go in, the staff tends to be focused on the drive-thru. I get it, but Starbucks is known for it's hospitality, and welcoming environment. I have stood by the counter waiting for someone to acknowledge I am picking up an order because that is what I am suppose to do. There's eye contact, but seems that in person customers are annoying. They should make this store drive thru only.
Usually never my order wrong, depends on the staff... Lately there have been some new people and they miss what I tell them in my order. The manager is friendly and has taken care of me. Clean location, always wear masks, would be 5 stars if it weren't for some of their screwups. Train these new people well.
Citrus Honey tea is delicious. Cash and carry at this location.
