They screwed up my partners direct deposit for his tax refund and he got charged 135$ and that got taken from his refund... the bank they use does not wanna take responsibility and neither does west side tax service do not come here unless you wanna lose money and we were excited for his tax. My partner has been calling and calling and they keep saying there gonna call back and still nothing they use some damn bank in Tennessee!!!
