I had a terrible experience with this office, went for my Tax task and submitted all discussed documents, since it was time sensitive and I was assured of getting a review done in a week, and later after multiple attempts to get communication from assigned tax agent nothing helped to get a response and when I did walking on 10/15/2020 to my surprise he did nothing and told me he is unable to understand and will not be able to work, wasted my 10 previous days!!nnA tax professional who does not understand common financial stock transactions!!nnA perfect example of extremely poor quality of customer service which can lead to delay and result into penalties.
