A clean and safety conscious facility. The experience from the start was easy, communication was steady and all our inquiries and concerns were answered promptly and in as much detail as we needed. Kasandra worked very well with us, scoping out the best and most convenient options at the time so our two storage units could be close to each other.
Rachel is both knowledgeable and very kind! I'd initially selected the wrong sized storage unit online so I called the local office immediately. Rachel took the call, corrected the unit size, answered all of my questions and had a wonderful attitude!!! I was able to sign everything electronically and I am very impressed with their climate controlled units.nFive stars for their customer service and the facility.
Great job by smart and friendly staff. I’m on my second unit after years of continuous rental. Love these guys.
This place is very clean and well maintained, and Gary in the front office was professional and very helpful, i wouldn't rent storage any where else, the best by far.
