Fast service, a lot of paperwork to get a unit but it was a great experience overall. Had a Unit for about three months, staff was friendly. Office was immaculate. Online payments available (very convenient). No problems at all moving my stuff in and out of storage.

Super convenient located storage unit, fair/decent price and wonderful customer service! Had to get a storage unit last minute, very easy application online to rent a unit and the lady who called and verified everything with me was really nice and helpful especially this being my first time renting one. THEN my work schedule had conflicted with my moving time so I told them I had to push back when I was coming to start moving things in by a day and they said it was no problem, explained how I can get in at anytime of day and done! Finally, got an email saying they pushed my official move-in date to the first of March since that’s when I was technically moving in after I paid, and they let me qualify for the March’s move-in special that waived April’s rent so that month was FREE! So nice of them to help me during this demanding time right now and to be so considerate and helpful. 11/10 reccomend! Exceptional first storage unit experience! ud83dudc4dud83cudffd
Had you asked me two months ago if this was a good place for storage, I couldn't have raved enough about them. However, in the month of September, I got behind. They were still awesome and worked with me, and the staff is great... But the policies are bologna. When I got my storage caught up, I knew that our lock had been cut. I told my husband he needed to replace the lock, and apparently he forgot. I got a bill today for almost 3x our rent (an additional $55 when our rent is only $35) because our unit still had their lock on it! They charged me DAILY for this lock, and never notified me that we were being billed daily for it. They reminded me the one time that I was on the phone with them, and then never felt the need to remind me again, even though they checked it daily. I am removing my items this weekend and will no longer be using the facility. Other than that, they were great - just don't rely on them to notify you of anything more than once.
