I have to move my daughter out of her apartment at the end of each school year and this storage facility was BY FAR the best experience I've had. They were super nice every step of the way. We had a 3 hour window to move her in at 8 AM on a Monday so we emptied her storage out by 7:30 AM. I received a phone call later that morning inquiring about my unit because they noticed the lock was gone and the unit was empty. GREAT customer service, GREAT people. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NORTH WEST HILL SELF STORAGE. I will definitely be back at the end of the school year.
I love this place. Manager is really cool. They have great prices and nice clean location
The rental fees could be better. Their security is great. Cameras on every row front and back from another company.
Friendly people in the office. I had a problem with my unit being open because of not locking it properly, and security called as soon as he apotted it. He also kept me updated until I was able to come out and fix the lock.
Julia was very polite and professional. She answered all my questions. I would recommend Julia to anyone who needs to rent storage. Enjoyed doing business with her.
