How are you gonna post a number to call and never answer it. If your closed for lunch then post it. I saw you open the door for the delivery man, but you refuse to answer phones or the door if knocked upon for regular people trying to inquire. That’s bad, what if it was an emergency.? And if your gonna post a number to call for appointments the least you can do is answer it. Even when some one calls over ten times.
Both clerk were very nice and informative. Beats Killeen DMV when it comes to knowledge and customer service. Thank you ladies for getting my Jet Ski registration a pleasurable experience!
I never really cared to post a review until now, but the lady I spoke with today seemed rude when I asked a simple question about getting a park pass. I can't believe how some people can be so nasty on the phone with disabled veterans who fought for this country.
