The customer service was great over the phone when we scheduled our next day appointment for home installation and re-keyed our new home. When we needed to re-schedule, they did it without hesitation. They have great prices and the locksmith was very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend if needed.
They was so so nice and very friendly. They wasn't mad that my sister call them late because I lost my car keys and they came early in the morning and did the job less in a hour. Plus he charged me $330 less then the other dum companies like pop-up lock and the Ford dealership. I'm a true customer for life with Donald Bulls Locksmith..

I went to a different lock smith and they informed me they couldn’t cut keys. So I lucked out and went to Donald. The nice lady had me taken car of in less than ten minutes. There were 9 different keys to cut! Truly professional!
The young gentleman was friendly but failed to share that I had to press the key several times to unlock the doors plus I am having trouble unlocking the trunk. Its taking SEVERAL PRESSES just to unlock the trunk. I choose just to deal with it.
