All I can say is wow! I was so nervous about coming here with all the really bad reviews, but my experience was so pleasant I needed to write a review before I’ve even left the parking lot. Regina at the front desk was so incredibly helpful! I have no idea what I’m doing or how this whole child support thing works so I had a lot of questions. Regina asked me questions and went to the back multiple times to get correct information for me! She was so patient and kind I was so grateful for that! I know this kind of thing can be very stressful already depending on each situation but to have someone be willing to help can take an incredible load off! I’m sorry there were so many bad experiences for others, but have hope people, come in and speak with Regina!! She’s awesome!! THANK YOU!! ud83dude01

I submitted paperwork for a review 7 and a half months ago and still no answer. I’m a single father with custody of my two oldest children and can’t receive any help from this office. Every time I ask to speak to a supervisor they put me back into the beginning of the whole automated process. I have another child that I don’t have custody of and her mother can receive a review within 30 days of her submitting the paperwork. This office or the entire Texas Attorney generals office is seemingly to me being prejudiced because I’m a father with custody of my children. I’m kind of curious if any other men with custody of their children are having the same issues of not receiving fair treatment of services.

I called to see where my money is at. The state took a big chunk 4 months ago! When I called, the lady said to call back at a later date cause they don't have any information at this time. I told her that texas has the money so where is it? She couldn't answer any of my questions or even expedite the money so I can take care of my children. I asked her who else I can call and she said they are the only ones I can call.

The phone promps doesnt help. I didnt know my pin so I couldnt proceed. Needless to say, I was out of the state

If there was a negative option, I would use it. I just got off the phone with the case manager. She repeatedly spoke over me, and then SHE HUNG UP ON ME! No, I wasn't cussing or being inappropriate . I was; however, upset because NOTHING has been done/ My case was transferred to the Temple office with no warning and no one bothered to forward my case information. This is the most unprofessional individual I have ever dealt with. I am PISSED!
