I don't like to complain, but when truckers are on a schedule, we like to get in and get out with what we need. I just needed Crystal w her headset on, to focus for two minutes, on her job behind the counter, and get me a receipt and two slices of pizza so I could get on my way. Instead she stopped working to carry on a random conversation with the floor manager who was, walking around on her headset talking to Crystal about what shall the dress code be for Easter weekend, and random other apparently funny stuff, that Crystal just couldn't do two things at once, so she left me standing there waiting for them to finish up their funny random conversation between reach other. Mind You... I could hear the manager talking as she paced the aisles, rather than let Crystal do her job, and wait on customers first. ud83eudd26nThanks for the Experience
Clean showers.
I live and park my truck near another truck stop close to this one. However I try to fuel here for the courteous service I get and the great rapport I have with the staff. Tonight was different. The young man who was working felt the need to be rude to me for absolutely no reason should be ashamed of himself. I will still stop here but I hope his attitude improves. Thank you.
Store is clean, and the staff is very friendly. My complaint is with the Subway attached.nnI respect that they want to enforce the mask rules; but don’t provide any while their employees sit around in the dining area with no masks. And very disappointed that they “no longer do chopped salads at this location”. Unfortunately; the Pilot salads aren’t much for the price, so this Pilot will lose my business due to the Subway attached.
Someone please tell me why you only have 1 person working Subway at 7pm. I watched a lot of people walk away because the 1 person (Danny) was working as hard as he could. But couldn't keep pace with the line he had. Plus the two people back to back with 3+ orders. And then when I got the attention of a pilot employee (red shirt), she gave me attitude and said it wasn't her area. Eventually the manager came over to assist as much as she could even though you could tell she was untrained for Subway. Props to her just for trying. Need to learn to schedule people better for the dinner rush.
