The members are nice and professional and seemed knowledgeable. My issue is not with the staff but the cost of their work. I recently had some issues with the electric with the entire home. I ended up calling them and after an inspection I was told I needed to completely move my main panel and upgrade it as well as the junction box outside as it was not up to code. The job was estimated at over $12000. I was given the chance to finance it to help out but we decided to get a second opinion and we did. I called a second company and got a bid for upgrade around $2900 for everything and was told that I did not need to move the panel since my house is old, therefore it’s kinda like we’re grandfathered in. The recommended upgrade was for safety and better quality. Unfortunately that electrician was too busy to do anything soon so we used my home insurance and got an electrician out the next day. Turns out that the issue wasn’t with my panel but the lines from the city that connects to my house. It was a issue for the city to fix and they did. You would think this company would have identified that. I went from a possible $12000 job that wouldn’t fix the issue in the first place to a under $100 service call only fee. Always get second opinions.

Dr. Watts Elec and Air provided a bid of $1200 for a very small job. I paid the $69 for the brief review of the job and hired another electrician and paid $240 for the work to be done. They are pleasant on the phone and timely but I feel sorry for those who don't shop around. Price was WAY, WAY too high

Not very happy with this company. They were so pleasant on the phone and in person but when they priced me to fix my outside lights(800.00-3700.00)nI went with another local company that only charges me $80.00. Get estimates first.

My fiance and I just bought a house and we realized too late that it needed a new electric service to be safe and up to code!! We called and they were professional, courteous and quick! We're really happy we called and the new panel works great ud83dudc4d
