I have been trying to reach someone to rent a storage space since Saturday to no avail. Saturday, during their “business hours” I personally went to the office and no one was there; it was closed two hours before closing time.nMonday was a holiday. Tuesday I called many times and left a voicemail message with my callback number and no response.nThe previous employee that worked there was always at the office and very helpful. He answered the telephone!nI don’t know if the new person is just not punctual or does not care but I am a customer who needs a service and no one is available to help. Disappointment.
