I had a wonderful experience coming here to finally trade up my truck. Richard was patient, knowledgeable, and worked through all of my concerns professionally and personally. All team members involved were fantastic and I was comfortable and eye level to all with none of the solo-woman-buying-a-car issues I've come to expect. No one was remotely impatient when the deal ran after hours, and I felt appreciated and that my business was important. I highly recommend this dealership and Richard is a Rockstar! I fully understand why my long time mechanic recommended I come here when it was time to buy.
I had the best experience buying a car with a trade in at Don Ringler! Richard was efficient, diligent and quick to respond to me. I was in and out with the car I wanted in exactly an hour, though it didn’t even feel that long, as I immediately did my test drive when I arrived, signed some paperwork and then met with the finance lady, Kim who handled it all swiftly and gracefully. I can’t even believe how easy that was :)) and they have integrity as they found a couple of bubbles in the back windshield window tint (I didn’t notice it) and are replacing it. I’m really glad I went to Don Ringler!
The “trade in value” promise is no lie. Amount offered on trade was $1500 more compared to competitors. Sales staff does not pressure you and does not give the “let me go talk to...” they put the best offer for both parties on the table. Leon was a fantastic help. Went in to buy used and bought a new 2021. It is amazing what the new vehicle will do for your insurance rates vs used as my insurance company offered a better rate for the new because of the safety features upgraded between 2019 and 2021.
