I highly recommend Garlyn Shelton. Gary Bruton, the service manager, is honest, trustworthy and hardworking. Having a service department that you can trust and and know they will complete good work holds so much value to me! I have worked with both Matt and Ernesto in sales and both gave great customer service. Cannot say enough great things. We will be customers for life!

Garlyn Shelton has a Dream Team Outfit just brought my 3rd Cadillac a 2020 CT 5 they have always been a very easy dealership to work with. There is no pressure and they will accommodate any reasonable request. Matt was pleasant and professional, respectful of our time and made sure we were comfortable and well informed about our new car and the purchasing process. HONOR and INTEGRITY-- those are 2 BIG words that come to mind when thinking about this business and engaging with Matt Gray again, there really is no reason to look elsewhere. They cover all the bases with excellence - Sales, Service, Finance .

I have had no good experiences with the service department here. I have brought my Cadillac here for service and each time something major breaks in the engine within days of the oil change. Most recently had an oil change and then the next day the check engine light came on. I took it in to be looked at and they said that there is a small oil leak although there is no oil spill or drip on my painted garage floor. They quoted me more than a thousand dollars for the repair and I declined and took my vehicle home. The check engine light was no longer on. I assumed they must have just not tightened something during the oil change and tightened it when they were looking for the issue. However, the next morning the check engine light is back on and there is a radiator leak now. I honestly feel that this service department is quoting unrealistic amounts for fabricated labor issues and I believe they are damaging my vehicle when they have it. I do not have proof of that but it is my personal opinion from the experiences I have had with them. I'm currently searching for somewhere else local to repair my vehicle.nUpdate***nI took my vehicle to a different repair shopnIt does not appear anything was additionally broken while Cadillac had it, however the problem was misdiagnosed at Cadillac. I was quoted almost 1300$ here at Cadillac and paid under $400 to have repaired elsewhere. If this location is helpful for you then great but if the price or problem seems wrong get a second opinion!

We drove 150 miles to this dealership from Houston because of the price on the 2021 Escalade, in large cities dealerships are asking up to $10,000 above the price.nThis dealership was very fair with no additional charges and the service was amazing.nOur sales car consultant, Debbie Shepperd was very helpful and friendly from the start. By far she is the best sales consultant that I have done business with in a period of 30 years.

Very poor customer service. Having issues with a used car. Contacted them within the first week. Been going back and forth for a couple of weeks. They have had the car for over a week now (the second time they have had it) and still can not give me any answers on what to expect. Will not return phone calls. When finally get a live person, just get told that they will have to get back to us.
