Location on 31st, by HEB, great group of young people. They're efficient, great communication and team work amongst the staff. Primary focus, while making our beverages, is that the customer is happy and it's exactly what we ordered. If new, they will fix it to what you thought you were ordering and explain how to as well. They answer questions happily. Always very busy there but, they do not rush you or seem irritated or bothered. Great multitaskers, while they never stop moving, making our orders while very friendly helping us.

We ordered our three drinks and we were waiting in line for a good 15-20 minutes. The line finally got moving and when we got to the window as we were going to pay, the cashier told us “It’s on us today since you guys were waiting in line so long.” They’re the best and they have the best customer service!

I have never been to a more unreliable Starbucks. I’ve been to multiple Starbucks stores in multiple states at varied times over the last 15 years, and this is the worst. Part of the problem is they are too busy; Starbucks needs another location close to this one. Another is their inconsistent times; forget trying to go here reliably before 7 or after 3. Corporate is aware because I am that person, but the problem persists for months.

Never had more problems with a Starbucks. First, they closed early and night shift hospital staff were unable to enjoy their caffeine. All the work these healthcare workers do and they can’t even be open to help. Secondly, the shift manager decided to serve a display pastry. It was petrified and hard as a rock. The shift manager refused to give another pastry and told us tough luck. Rolled her eyes and refused to help. This location needs to seriously evaluate its leadership.
