Have been visiting this location for a couple of years now on a weekly basis. Generally it has been a very positive experience until today 3/11/20. The employees are generally friendly, polite, and helpful. After placing my order I walked down to the pickup point. I happened to place my hand in the counter it immediately stuck to the counter I asked for a wet napkin and was told they didn’t keep napkins behind the counter and the young lady kept doing whatever she was doing. Asked another employee who informed me he wasn’t on the clock and would clean it later. (He did just that). The store was just plain nasty today

I get an iced white mocha everytime !!! and tried my drink when i got home, i asked for no whip but took it anyways not to complain, but now that i tasted it , its literally milk with white chocolate flavor NO COFFEE what so ever ! Had to add my own coffee at home, sticking to my usual spot next time .

The wife and I usually get a medium caramel frappuccino with three extra frap shots in each one. It would be nice if it was made consistent each time. Sometimes we can actually taste the coffee (the way we like it) and sometimes we can't taste it at all. On the days we can't taste it we add some Vietnamese coffee to it.

I felt like family at the Killeen Starbucks off clear creek. They always greeted me warmly, knew my name, and would even give me my regular coffee free sometimes since I came everyday for a year. Not the same at this Starbucks. I have been coming here almost everyday, for a year and the staff rarely speak to me only to say please and thank you. On the times they get my order wrong I come back and I’m not even given a 4$ card for their mistake. I have seen them greet other customers by name happily and ask how they are and give them these cards when they mess up, but with me I get treated differently. Maybe they don’t like people from out of town in Temple.

Came in with no one in front of me, ordered an Iced Latte, 5 min after I paid more folks came in and ordered, the 3 couples that came in after me got their orders and left so I asked the gal with the multi colored hair about my Latte and she nonchalantly said my order “Kinda got delayed “ and my response was “Wow! Thanks for that!, next time I’ll just go to Einstein’s for better service!
