I love this place! The staff is so friendly. They've made good changes to keep their customers safe during the pandemic. That being said, the last few evenings I've been here it's been full of unmasked kids/teens and I'm feeling a little less safe. I do wish that management would enforce masking a little better.
the hospitality was great but they have missed it on my drink the last 4 times.
We had some special instructions on our order and they did a good job on getting the order correct.
Today, 12/29 @ around 10:20 AM the store was closed but there was no sign at the drive thru to let people know. The screen was turned on and looking normal, but again, no message. I thought maybe the speaker was broken so after waiting without any acknowledgement, I drive to the window. There's a male worker who passes the window over 5 times with me there without being courteous enough to let me know the store is closed. I look on the app to see that the store is closed. The man could've easily told me that it was closed instead of ignoring me. I even had a mask on waiting in my car. While leaving, I saw a massive line backed up because nobody knew the store was closed. Here's a crazy idea: put up a sign that the store is closed instead of ignoring customers.
Awesome place for good stuff and staff are people persons. Only, they don't have what you want at times but some staff works with you.
