Got exactly what I needed and was quick
I made my payments on time always. Got down to my last payment, showed up to pay it off and close the account. The manager tried to get me to take on another loan and I politely declined. She then proceeded to ask to to come back on a certain date to pay off loan because they where having a contest and they didn't want to lose my account for the contest and that I would not have any late fees if I helped them out. I accepted since the staff was so nice and treated me really well. Left and came back on said date and paid only to be called a week later saying my account is past due because I didn't pay the late fees she said I wouldn't get. Now I have this late payment that I don't deserve on my credit report and she acts like it was all my fault. Staff is nice and friendly but I wish I would have used better judgment because I got the loan to help build my credit. Flat out untrustworthy...
