The young lady, Kelcie, who did our tax returns was very thorough. She was straight forward that she was having their manager help her thru some of the steps because we have a very complicated return with lots of capital gains & losses, due to this complicated of a return was new to her. This was much appreciated by us, showing that everyone needs help at some point. Kelcie did a wonderful job in our returns and we will be back next year to we her again.
Our experience at the Jackson Hewitt office at West Adams Street in Temple was very professional with Enoch, our consultant. He was very energetic and professional in handling our taxes. He took his time in explaining each detail of our return. He treated us like FAMILY. THANKS ENOCH! GREAT JOB!
