I'm not from the area but I would easily plan a weekend trip just to visit The Coffee Barrel. The atmosphere is great, the coffee is delicious (I recommend an iced Honey Cream), the food is impeccable, but above all else, Duval and his staff are some of the friendliest, community driven and caring people on earth.nnRecommending this establishment to friends and family in the area. Best cup of coffee I have had in a long time! I’ve only lived in the area for about 8 months, but sorry I haven’t tried this place sooner. The owner was so hospitable and friendly. I live a little ways down the road from Beeville so mostly drink my coffee at home, but come to town for errands and will definitely be back next time I feel like treating myself. I ordered the honey cream latte with an extra shot and got it only half sweet or less sweet and it was perfect!! Don’t sleep on this little gem!

A little bit of wait but the product is so fresh and high quality that I don't mind. Another plus, the staff is so friendly and personable. My wife and I always leave with a smile!

It was busy, but worth the wait. My husband and I both got a mocha frappe with an extra shot of espresso. Beautifully dressed and delicious. Reasonably priced compared to every other place that serves coffee. Owner was very polite and took the time to answer any questions.

Always very friendly service!! Amazing coffee and good food. A really good local spot to go to.
