I have been to a couple of these stores and have thought they needed to clean them better and they where nasty. THIS STORE IS VERY CLEAN AND ORGANIZED!!! I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE ENTIRE VISIT. GREAT EMPLOYEES AND A FRESH CLEAN ATMOSPHERE!! I WILL BE GOING HERE AGAIN. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

GREAT prices, clean store, and spacious aisles. On this particular day I had been the recipient of some of some of the worst customer service I've had since I've lived in the Tri City area. Then I had the good fortune to be served by Miss Marilyn at this store. She was extremely friendly, fast, and efficient! She greeted every customer who came through the door as well. What a wonderful example of what customer service should be!! Her manager should be delighted to have her as an employee. Miss Marilyn you got skills!! Customer service skills!!! Thanks for saving the day!

The meat deals are just wonderful. I love to grocery outlet. I just wish they had a little bit more of a variety on canned goods and such. And better produce. But I mainly go for the meat

The prices CANNOT in my experience in this area be beat.nThey don't have the selection of a Kroger but what they do have is amazingly priced..example: 1/18/21 A bag of Totinos 100 CT Pizza bites 2.99!nThe meat selection is vast and VERY competitively priced, decent sized produce section.nClean well kept store.nMarilyn the cashier is always friendly and greets everyone, that lady is a pleasure and efficient.nnGive it a try!

If you want super cheap deals and like to feel like you're on a treasure hunt, this is the place to go. While their inventory of items can vary from week to week, there are many items that they carry at all times.nnMany of the prices are so low because they buy overstock and soon-to-be-expired items, but that's not always the case. They have great meat prices. We just bought T-bone steaks and London Broil at just under 3- bucks a pound on their weekly special. Their frozen food prices are really good as well. The staff at this location had always been very friendly to us, and we're happy to drive to Johnson City to shop there.
