Took my wife's car here on the recommendation of a friend and man am I glad I did. This is small town home service at it's best. The service staff was fantastic and were very empathetic to the problems I was having. The were attentive and asked questions about my issues. The next day I received a follow up call from the service dept. Letting me know the status of the diagnosis. The vehicle was up and ready to go by the end of that day. The other local Ford dealership said it would be 12 days before they could even look at it. I truly trust the great people here at Lade Ford.
These folks are going above an beyond for me. I bought a used truck for my business that some unknown issues. Not only are they fixing it for me, Jeremy (I think he is the owner) is letting me use his personal shop truck so I can stay working while they fix my truck. They didn't have to do anything they are doing for me. But they are. And that says alot about the dealership. I will definitely be shopping with them again for my wife's next car at the end of this year
I love Lade Ford! No hassle, no fuss, a classy yet down-home dealership. We just bought a used Explorer and the experience was so enjoyable. Highly recommend this dealership.
