They used to delay direct deposits 1 night. Now payments to my account take 2 days or more to post. I got charged brand new service fees while I was unemployed. The app hasn't worked properly in over a year. 4 years of loyalty with this bank and it's been a downward slide ever since.

I came to just make a payment, and they LOST $240 and said I didn't send the money through the tube. They eventually found it after making me wait in the drive through for 20 minutes.

4! They close at 4! Payday for just about every person I know! Whhhhhyyyyyyyyy?! Line around the building at 3:59! I can't even, not in the world of banks that are even open on Sundays now.

Been banking here for years. Payed for overdraft protection. Now somehow I'm negative $329 ud83eudd23ud83eudd23ud83eudd23ud83eudd23 I've contacted my lawyer we will be suing the hell outta y'all . Went from $1267 to negative that much lol I'll see y'all in court btw he's NEVER lost a case so tell your employees to look for new work . I'll have y'all shutdown by the end of August I promise .
