Customer service is excellent and helpful without the run around. Best internet speed available and other services offered are a great value and the options to fit our needs well. So glad service was expanded to include my area!

ud83dudcaf% , love the services and best customer service I’ve ever had from a provider. After service was installed and up and running I called my previous provider (HughesNet) to cancel and they were very ugly towards me as long time customer prompt paying my bills. Wanted to know who I had changed to and what services provided and cost. They couldn’t match Fiber optic with a satellite signal and started trying to sell me more services at a discount. After refusing all of them and trying to simply cancel my service they wanted to start adding fees on the last bill and wanted my card information to process it on the 16th due date. I told them I would pay my final bill on the 16th due date promptly as I always have. I’m glad too finally have a service provider that doesn’t have to put a satellite on my home I have 3 currently. I have waited patiently for 20 years for good internet service in the rural area. Also was able to port my grandmother/ mothers landline here from Georgia, the number has been in my family longer than I have been alive and I’m (56).
