Work truck key was lost. Gave Chris a call and he said he was super busy and would try to get me worked in. Not only did he work me into the busy schedule but also was very professional and very communitive. Great price for making 2 new keys for our truck. Fantastic service! I would give 10 stars if I could. Had a latch break on bed/bath lock, and we knew it was a non-repairable lock part. Stopped at store for advice, since lock is original to home built in 2006. They were beyond helpful, and their main suggestion was the perfect solution. The original bed/bath lock is now reinstalled, functioning perfectly. We cannot express our appreciation enough for their taking the time, concern, and willingness to share their expertise.
CHRIS WHO OWNS THE COMPANY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL IN APPEARANCE AND KNOWLEDGE. HE SUPPLIED THE LOCK FROM HIS COMPANY. HE WAS ABLE TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM WITH THE DOOR BEFORE INSTALLING THE LOCK. HE WAS VERY DETAILED ORIENTED AND DID NOT WASTE ANY TIME. FOLLOWING THE INSTALL HE CLEANED ANY MESS UP. I FELT HIS PRICE WAS FAIR. I DID NOT WANT TO WASTE MY TIME WITH A HANDYMAN...GOT TO AN EXPERT AND GET AN EXPERT JOB DONE. THANKS CHRIS
