Dave came in exactly the time he told me, he was extremely professional and reassured me of any concerns. Answered all of my questions as well as completed the service in just a little over 20 minutes. I will forever be thankful and refer him to any and everyone. I am now and always a loyal customer. My experience with The Lock Guys and Dave in particular was perfect. I cannot recommend them enough. After calling around to multiple locksmiths, I found that The Lock Guys were the only service outside of the dealership that could replace my lost Mercedes car key. If you have a luxury vehicle, it's just a fact that replacing lost keys will be very pricey, but after a cost comparison I found out that it would have cost the same amount to have a replacement key ordered by the Mercedes dealership, and a whole lot more hassle, because the dealership requires that you bring the car in (which would require towing!) Dave took care of everything. He was professional and the communication was excellent. I will certainly call them again when I need a locksmith's service.

I was up ALL night thinking and looking for my fob. After several calls and extremely high quotes AND being told I would need to have the car tied in someone told me about The Lock Guys. Trust the reviews. These guys are wonderful! Im back and running the streets again. Hopefully I never loose another fob but if I do their number is saved in my contacts.

Recently moved into an older home and was given one key for for the 10 doors around the house. That one key only opened 2 of the doors, so there was quite a bit of work. I reached out through their website and got a response very quickly and set up an appointment. Dave was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything he needed to do and offered suggestions to better secure the home. He got me a quote a few days later and then we scheduled an appointment for the work. He was here for a few hours and had me check all the doors as he finished to make sure they were all working correctly. Very nice guy and hard worker. Would recommend Lock Guys to anyone needing lock service.
