What was supposed to be a relaxing lunch break at the park turned into me locking my keys in my car and in a frenzy to find a way to get back to work. I called “the other guys” with no luck who were not willing to help me because of a specific circumstance. I’m so glad I called the lock Doc- they came fast, were friendly and went the extra mile for me when they didn’t have to. Thanks for showing a preggo lady some compassion! Not to mention their price knocks the other guys out of the park for BETTER service. Can’t go wrong here :)
Called this company at 8 in the morning because my son had lost the only key to a truck that he had just purchased. They sent a technician out and he was able to cut a new key to the door and ignition before noon. I thought the price was reasonable and the transaction was smooth. I hope I don't have to call them again, but if I need another lock smith they will be my first choice
Needed a duplicate key for a 2006 F-150 with a chip, he was on a job nearby and told me stop by and he could do it for $65. 15 minutes and I was on my way.nAwesome!
