I’m from Asheville North Carolina, and I came to Dunlap Tennessee to visit about a week ago. I lost my key fob to my 2008 Lexus IS 250 and had no way to get into my car or a spare to use. I called every locksmith in my hometown once I got a ride back home and nobody could help me. The Lexus dealership was going to charge me an outrageous price for the same work Matt did for me. I decided to call him because he was one of the closest locksmiths to my car. He ordered two keys for me and originally told me, like the other businesses had told me, that unfortunately my car was made during the 2008 tsunami in Japan and that one of the fobs wasn’t going to program to my car due to the year of my car being made in two different factories. I ordered both fobs knowing one of them was going to be useless. My mom and I drove down the day after they were delivered to him. We had a 4 hour drive to where I left my car in Tennessee and we got into town earlier than expected. Matt met us 2 hours before my scheduled appointment time and programmed BOTH of my key fobs that I ordered. It took a while and was more complicated than Matt and I expected but now I have an UNEXPECTED spare key fob because he was somehow able to program both of them. Matt was very professional, nice, wore a mask and practiced safe social distancing. I was very pleased with this business and if I ever need another locksmith he would be someone I would call. I highly recommend this company and Matt for his amazing work!!
