I'm happy enough with my purchase of a 2019 Toyota Tacoma from them, but at the time of purchase they only had one key and we're suppose to see about getting the other key for me which they said they were waiting on. They never contacted me back and after several phone calls they told me that I'd have to go get one made by someone, which I thought was BS. If they couldn't find the second key for the truck then they should have tooken the incentive to get one made for me. Also, the truck bed rail system on the Tacoma comes with cleats that fit into the rail for tie downs. I realized after the fact that these cleats were missing. It's small things like that, that ought to be taken care of before selling a vehicle. So I took off two stars because these two things are aggravating as hell.
Amazing experience! Filled out the app on the web for a truck and within 2 hours they called and had it financed and ready to roll. Wonderful local folks to do business with. This WILL always be my first stop when we need a vehicle!
After finding a couple of mechanical problems shortly after the purchase of my truck the owner contacted me and took care of the problems. This is a good honest dealership. Many thanks for taking care of the problems in such a timely manner.
