McDonald's HVAC

They came out and within 2 hours I had a estimate. And within a couple days was installing my new AC UNIT. Very prompt, professional and nice people. They came in and you never knew they was there. Got straight to work and cleaned up after they was done. I can’t brag enough on them. I recommend anyone looking for a new unit to look no further. You can’t beat their prices and their service.

A few years ago our A/C stopped cooling so I called Hiller HVAC.THEIR repairman said that our unit was too old and couldn’t be fixed and priced a unit at around 8k. For some reason I felt like I should get a second opinion so a friend told us to call MCDONALD’S HVAC. A guy named Dusty came out right away. He was the friendliest service guy... and very honest with us about our system. He said it could be fixed and I think it ended up costing around $200. After that.. Dusty is the only person I trust when it comes to our HVAC. He’s been out a few times to do service work on our system and usually comes the day I call him. Lately we noticed our electric heat bills were extremely higher and then when it got A/C weather we noticed our air wasn’t cooling at all. I called Dusty and as usual he was here the same day I called. Our HVAC system was 16 years old and even tho it was repairable... the cost didn’t make sense this time. Especially since we had been wanting to convert to gas heat. We even had the gas lines put in 2 years ago so we’d be prepared when this day came. Dusty gave us several brand options but we went with his recommendation of the American Standard Gas HVAC unit. We also wanted our vents cleaned out and had also been planning to install air purifiers and he told us about one that cleans itself that goes right into the duct work called an Iwave so we purchased it too. Dusty ordered everything while he was standing in our living room and it was in the very next day! The next day MCDONALD’S HVAC crew came out and cleaned out all of our ducts and cleaned the registers and even replaced the ones that needed to be replaced. It was pouring rain so the HVAC crew had to wait until the next day to install the system. On day 2 everything was up and running that evening and I must say... gas heat is MUCH warmer and warms our house much faster than electric did! On day 3 McDonald’s HVAC crew came back to complete a few aesthetic details and I can’t brag on those guys enough. The whole crew from McDonald’s HVAC was so polite and clean! They made sure they put boot coverings on their boots before entering my home to make sure they didn’t get my carpet and hardwood dirty! Dusty at MCDONALD’S HVAC honestly cares about the customers!

My heat went out in 13 degree weather. They responded promptly to my call and had the heat back on within the hour. Professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them.

McDonald's installed my new homes complete hvac system. They came highly recommended and their prices were very competitive. After meeting Dusty and discussing what I wanted..I was impressed by his hvac knowledge and importance that he placed on the quality of their job and making sure the customer was happy. They did a great job on my system and went above and beyond to get things done to match my building schedule and needs. His service after the fact is top notch as well. Hard to find guys anymore that still take pride in their work and back it up.
