Worked me into the lineup on short notice. Quickly repaired the two matters I had needed help fixing. Also, found the source of a persistent leak and informed me. I gave the okay to repair and they were able to repair that the same day. Clear, personable communication through out the process.

They did not have my appointment scheduled and I had to wait a long time before they started to work on my car. My appointment was for 10:30 am and they did not start work on my car until 11:30 am. It was my first service appointment on my new car and I sure hope they do a better job of not losing my appointment the next time.

Unfortunately I have had to have body work done here twice. I have always loved the friendly service and great work. Thanks Tad Keaton , your body shop does great work .
