The receptionists are so rude when you call to ask them a question. They act like you’re an inconvenience to their life, or they think that they can talk to you however you want to because “you’re crazy”..

I arrived to my appointment 15 minutes ahead of time only to have to sit and wait for 30 minutes to be seen. There was literally no one in the office ahead of me and no cars in the parking lot. Why give someone an appointment time if its just more of a whenever you want to work kinda thing?? Definitely has put a bad taste in my mouth.

You don't know how much it meant to me for you to reach out.nnI was a patient at Centerstone 4 or 5 years ago and was very happy with a person who came to my home to help me with things. After a few months, the service was no longer available.nnI've been in therapy many times throughout my life and was able to continue it on my own.nnWhat I need is medicine. I've been taking the same medicine you prescribed since I first got it from you. The only changes were dosage, which was done by my doctor.nnI'm taking:nLamotrigine 25mg 4 per daynVenlafaxine 75mg 2 per daynLyrica 200mg 3 per daynEliquis 5mg 2 per daynAlbuterol as needednI'm on 3 liters of oxygennnI'm having a problem with depression and mood changes. The last time I went to a psychiatrist I was diagnosed with a personality disorder. I don't leave my house unless I absolutely have to. I don't socialize with anyone even my own family.nI had an incident last year where I had been sick and didn't take my meds for 4 days. The hospital gave me steroids for my pneumonia. When I got home, I started acting scared and was convinced that everyone was trying to trick me into the hospital. It got very bad and my husband called an ambulance. At the hospital, they told me that the steroids along with me missing my medicines caused me to go into a full-blown psychosis.nnThe real problem is that I can't leave the house to get help. Can your agency help me? Because if you need a face to face appointment, I just can't do that.nnI'm sorry, but if you can't take time to at least answer, then my bad review will probably stay this time.ntia

if you have to go to a mental health this office is the best one I know of.
