Called multiple times asking for help applying for benefits, but all I was told is that I should just call the clinic in Maury county. I have tried getting instruction on how to apply for benefits and what documents I need to acquire. I always just get told some generic excuse as to why they cant help me at the moment. These people are payed to give veterans guidance on how to claim their rightful benefits, not run them around and refuse to help out of sheer laziness. I had to call the VA office in Columbia to get help. They were more helpful in the first five minutes of the phone call than this office has been in the last 3 years.
