My family has enjoyed Clifty Farms for many years. However, just before Christmas I purchased a spiral cut ham that was not good. It was no more country than I am a brain surgeon. Who in the heck would prepare a country ham with coke?! I am most disappointed.nT. E. Schronce

My husband and I love country ham. We can never find one to buy locally, so we order one online each year. We have tried hams from other companies, including Smithfield and Burgers, and Cliftys is by far the best country ham we have ever had, reasonably priced and delivered on time. We highly recommend this company!

Living in California now but lived in TN for years where we had country ham all the time.nCouldn't find country ham in CA so I began ordering Cliffy Farms country ham since 2004.nI buy one a year, sliced and my husband loves it salty and the longer it's cooked, the saltier it is.nI prefer mine less salty so I put mine in a skillet of water.nIt's so good.nI use the smaller pieces for seasoning beans, greens, etc.nAnd I also order the hocks, they're huge!nI ordered a few weeks ago and I ordered ham and for the 1st time I ordered sausage pattys.nHighly recommend the sausage, best I've ever ate.nCostly but worth it.nLove Clifty hams. B

I need to say that the flavor and quality of the biscuit cuts were very flavorful and well trimmed. The problem I have is that I ordered 2 pounds that were delivered promptly mid September 2020. The best use by date is October 2, 2020. I find it disappointing that after spending $23.50 per pound I would receive country ham almost after the expiration date!!nnI have ordered Rays country ham through Amazon and have always had a long lead use time.nThis experience was very disappointing I didn't expect to be delivered their end of the run date.nnWe country ham lovers know that country ham has a long shelf life. These ham slices had to be sitting on their shelves for a year or so before shipping. I didn't realize that I would be expected to consume these two pounds within two week of delivery.
