Philip was phenomenal. I had locked my keys in my car late on a Saturday afternoon and couldn't get a hold of anyone that serviced my area. I contacted Philip and he was at my place in under an hour and had the door open in less than 2 minutes. He was fast, efficient, and very personable. Highly recommend!

I was locked out of my motorhome at Canal Campground near Grand Rivers on Lake Barkley.nHelpful time management: He gave me an estimated arrival and then followed up to say he would text when he was 10 min away. He texted me when 15 min away and showed up as planned. Great service: He did a great job assessing the situation. He went above and beyond. After determining the cause, he made sure I would not be locked out again. I was so pleased with Phillip’s service.nNote: The two door locks to the motorhome were not the problem. I had not locked the door but could not open it. He confirmed that the locks had not been in lock position when the door was refusing to open. He fixed the real issue (misaligned plate that door screws were getting jammed on).

I live out of town and had a break in at a secondary property that I own, I needed 6 locks re keyed to secure the home, Mr. Orr was able to work around my schedule and the time I was already going be in town having security installed. Mr. Orr showed up on time assessed my situation and offered me the most cost effective solution to solve my problem, And he did this at a fraction of the cost of his competitors. Thank you Mr. Orr

Phillip was great. He came out and relayed all my mother's doors in no time at all. He had many good suggestions and even helped reset the code to the garage door. Very efficient and reasonably priced. Much cheaper than I expected. I will recommend him to anyone and everyone. You can't go wrong with this company.
