Decided to call The Locksmith Co. based on their outstanding reviews and I’ll add another 5 stars. We called on a Sunday afternoon and they arrived within 20 minutes. We were back in our car very quickly. Very nice guy who came out and helped. Thank you for the great customer service!
One of our drivers where I work, lost the only key fob we had for our 2019 Durango I called the Locksmith company. The phone operator Gwen was the most pleasant, helpful, and delightful person I have ever dealt with on the phone. As first impressions go it was the best. She called back when she said and did exactly what she said would, a rarity in these times. Then Eric the tech was as professional as they come, I would not only use them again but would highly recommend them to my closest friends and loved ones with out hesitation
I called a few places looking around because I have locked myself out of my vehicle and I got a hold of this business and I spoke to the kindest gentleman. I am forgetting his name Scott but he is ex military and was so nice, respectful on time and had great communication. He open my car in a breeze and even gave me more Info on my car. He was great and I highly recommend!!!
The Locksmith Co. is who I will call every time for here on out. Before them I called glovers trying to get my key made an they let me down. But to sum it up Izzy came out an greeted me. An she was very professional an got into my car an programmed me a key with no problem. Thanks to Izzy and The Locksmith co. Saved me a lot of time and trouble.
