They were informative and answered all our questions. Showed us what we asked to see and the service was great.
Let me just say that I would never buy another thing from this company again. We asked many times while looking over the rv we purchased if it had water damage and we were lied to about it now we are dealing with it 8 months later. The tags were also an issue it took 4 months to get our tags. Trying to get things done was like pulling teeth and the only thing they did good was come pick up our trade their self but they could have delivered our rv if they were going to come pick up my trade instead I had to wait an entire month to get it. Don't buy the warranty it is a hassle to use. I'm sure I'm forgetting something but these are my thoughts as of now...
Love the RV that we got from Garland RV Sales, our sales man was very helpful and never push. The services staff were great he’ll in taking care of the upgrades we wanted.
We received GREAT service here. Went to look at a pop up and found the perfect toy hauler!! LOL! The staff was so easy to work with. Everyone was kind and friendly. We really felt at home. I grew up in a family owned business that began in 1946 and is still in business. Service is the name of the game and that’s what we had with Garland’s, great service! And did I mention the PERFECT toy hauler??? Thanks guys, can’t wait to pick it up and Prater’s Taters was a great place to eat, too!!!
Garland RV was amazing to work with. Charles Lester was our salesman - very knowledgeable, no-pressure. Mr. Garland, the owner, introduced himself personally. Fantastic customer service - we will definitely be repeat customers!
