Amy and Anthony provided impeccable service. I have purchased several cars and this by far has been the best customer service that I have ever received. My son purchased his very first car, and it made his initial car buying experience such a pleasure. We live almost 204 miles away, but because of the exceptional service from Amy throughout the entire process, I will return to purchase a vehicle for myself. Even dealing with Anthony on the financial component was a true pleasure. We would have never known that he was the owner's son. He was so down to earth and he laughed at our jokes. My son and I had an awesome car buying experience. Amy guided us 204 miles away through the entire process. She has amazing customer service. My husband already knows which vehicle that I want, and I will be back to purchase it from Peppers Toyota. I highly recommend Peppers Toyota!

I have purchased many new cars over the years and have plenty of experience with dealerships, some good and some horrific, but I have NEVER experienced such an amazing car purchase experience in my life as I just did with Peppers Toyota in Paris, TN!! With Amy on the sales front and Jeff on the finance/closing side how could you go wrong. I purchased a very hard to find vehicle from them all the way from Dallas, Tx, but it felt like they were a mile down the street. Customer service levels, before and after purchase, that I have never seen from another dealership. I will will gladly drive by the other 10 Toyota dealerships on my drive to Paris TN to ensure I receive the white glove treatment again from this amazing team! Thank you Peppers Toyota!!!

The guys in the service dept were kind, efficient and highly competent. My service was completed quickly and they communicated promptly and clearly. Pricing was reasonable/competitive. Would 100% recommend your service department and would want to shop here for a new vehicle, based solely on my experience with the service dept!

Would totally recommend Rickie at Peppers to anyone. Didn’t realize the difference in a small town dealer was so vast. Rickie was fantastic and honest to work with. Would drive 2 hrs again to buy from him again.

I would like to thank you for your concern in dealing with the problem that took place on my last visit. I can only give you 6 stars. I will be back again and again for more service. You were above 100 % on your service. All I came in was for an oil change. I know problems happen , but thanks for solving the unexpected. I think we all learned a new challenge.
