We just bought a new Jeep at Peppers and had an excellent experience! JP (James Patterson) was our sales rep, Noel did our financing and both did a great job. Our purchase was made easy, very professional and always friendly/pleasant. After shopping around for quite awhile and looking at a lot of other Jeeps we feel we got a very good deal AND a no hassle lifetime warranty! We honestly couldn’t be happier. I bought vehicles at joe Mahan and went to peppers Ford and they are very nice reasonable prices Rocky and Steve are outstanding in the service department Kenny Mcbride was my salesman he made sure I got a car fax and a manual and filled my gas tank up. I love this place. They care about making you happy and not to much about profits and unreasonable prices. If interested in a good deal and a Ford vehicle choose pepper Ford in Mckenzie looking back at the Ford in Paris I wouldn't go back again. My last vehicle in Paris was an awful experience. I didn't get a car fax or a manual the gas was empty and they handed me 10.00 to put in car i was mislead about the warranty didn't have it but 2 months and one day it wouldn't start and engine light was on I had to get it towed and they actually charged me for the battery and diogonis of the vehicle and charged me to fix it. Charges was added on to vehicle that i didn't ask for. Terrance acted like he didn't care and was very disrespectful and told me next time I want a vehicle go to Nissan or somewhere else. I made a comment concerning my experience and joe Mahan wanted to meet me i went and spoke to Jeff and didn't get any good results out of it. Terrance and Shane was the salesman and after buying 2 vehicles from them they treated me with so much disrespect Shane acted like he didn't know about car fax and never got a manual. Once I did my own research with the help of BBB come to find out it had 3 owners i went to another Ford dealer and i was told the vehicle was not up to Ford standards cause i began to have more problems thumbs-up to peppers Ford in Mckenzie and their outstanding team and finance manager. I will be contacting the owner of Ford and have all my paperwork to as Jeff told me in the meeting we had I really trusted them but I was mislead on the last 2 vehicles after going back looking at the paperwork please don't allow this to happen to you. And I want my reimbursement back and hope the owners will do the right thing and correct the issues regardless. All vehicles should be inspected and up to standards before selling. I was not going to drop this issue or continue to be brushed off until it be corrected now mr Jeff i got my stuff in order and I want what is due to me and will be writing the headquarters. Once again thumbs up to all at peppers Ford in Mckenzie great and outstanding team with people skills love my dodge charger thank you Rocky, Kenny Mcbride Steve and finance manager 5 star rating i give to them on a one time visit. They were extremely patient with me in finding exactly want I wanted, and getting it all set up for me. Jeff Taylor is the best manager and finance people I've ever dealt with. It was one of the most straightforward buying experiences I've had, and I've bought over 20 cars in my life.
