Went in to cash a payroll check and was flat out refused. Would absolutely never consider opening an account here.

I have been with this bank for several years. I have always felt McKenzie Bank offers small town feel and great customer service. Ms. Jeanne has always been honest and helpful and always eager to work with us. She always has a great personality about her.

The Paris office is more pleasant to deal.with .The McKenzie branches.Went in to put in change and the young woman could not count .she didn't have a machine.So I said change rolls and I'll drive and count the change atleast I'm not texting.And driving.The main.office in McKenzie. The woman you go to for anything is very rude.very very rude..the tellers at the main office in McKenzie are rude aswell. Now that want to charge $6.00 for some insurance roadside assistance I'll never use.Because.i have car insurance..Now I try to call the 6427317 number to Get my balance. And Last two months.I cant make the call if I do get through. It hangs up on me. They probably all voted for Trump.Im about ready to take my buisness elsewhere. Have a blessed day
