Talked to them 3 different times. Every time I called I got “I will have to call you back” and never received a call back!!nFirst- initial call asking for a quote and told them I would like to set up an appointment. Was told They would call Me and let me know.nsecond- it was “we should be able to come out Friday, I will give you call back and let you know.”nthird- “we should be able to come out Saturday when I get back out to my van I will call you and let you know”nIt’s Saturday now and I have heard nothing!!!nI will go with another company. They have wasted allot of my time!!! Do not recommend this company!!

Kenny was booked up so he gave me name of another locksmith. A-1 professional...would call again! I was just as pleased with the other locksmith he recommended.

Ken is super! He spoke with me on the phone earlier in the week and set the appointment time. When I arrive to have the keys made and programmed he was there ready to go. He told me he was busy working other jobs as well but wanted to be sure he was on time for me. He did the required programming and key duplication. His prices are extremely fair. I would give Kenny Z my business again in a heartbeat!

Absolutely great guy, I got locked out of my vehicle and I work all the way out at exit 63 and he came all the way to me just for my wife to call and say she found a spare and when I told him he was very professional and didn't say anything out of the way just said thats good to hear ill definitely be using them again thanks and sorry as well
