I ordered a carmel frappe. It's liquid. Barely any whipped cream, and the drink was barely at the cup line.

If I could give 0 stars I would..n6:43pm on 11/25/20nnWe went through drive thru and drove home.nThe Big Mac had 1/4 of the top of bun missing.nThe quarter pounder was supposed to have only ketchup and cheese. It had everything on it even after telling them be sure it's correct, It's for a child.nnThe chicken nuggets were missing batter.nnFries were supposed to be unsalted. They were salted.nnI called and let management Jennifer know I would be returning the order. She was rude on the phone.nWhen arriving back to the drive thru window. I asked for Jennifer she was very unapologetic and her staff member was behind her staring rolling eyes at me.nShe refunded the balance to my card with no apology And rude tone.nScary thing she excepted returned food at the drive thru window.nWon't make this mistake again.

Its a nice location but they struggled with getting our order right. Ended up having to go back through the drive through again to have the order fixed as the folks working the food delivery window didn't understand the order wasn't right, how to fix it or who to ask for assistance.
