My 21 year old son, who weighed less than 160 lbs, a 650 Kawasaki Ninja knowing he had NEVER been on a bike before. Yes, part of the responsibility belongs to my son but where us the morale in KNOWING all if this? Only to make a sale. He was killed on the bike 9 days later. My conscious is worth more than a few dollars. They knew that bike was too big for him.
Had some warranty work done there back in August and gotta say quality of work seems to be great. Asked to have valves adjusted while they were already in engine doing warranty work and was hit with a pretty good labor charge especially considering that the warranty work already necessitated the labor to remove the cylinder head. I feel like they just charged me the rate they would have if they were not already in the engine.
Bought a Kawasaki Teryx4, Caleb was the salesman, very professional and courteous. Told a co-worker about my experience and he purchased from Caleb the next week. Highly recommend them. Looking forward to purchasing more.
