Publix Super Market at Fairgrounds Plaza

James (store mngr) went above and beyond to facilitate a very special delivery for my parents today. James made special arrangements and a wonderful Deli manager/employee (Tori Smith) helped to make this delivery happen. Katy was wonderful with initial call answering and helping check out via phone. Overall, excellent customer service and personal attention to detail. Model employees for representation of the Publix name and business model.nThank you James for your time and considerations. Love shopping at Publix! Always friendly, well stocked, and organized! Sam in the meat section was super nice and even though we didn’t need any help, he was on top of his game with making sure customers were taken care of !

Publix never fails to meet my expectations. It's a great place to shop. And, the stores are always clean. On this trip every employee I encountered asked if I needed help or was finding everything I needed. This is one of the many reasons why I enjoy shopping at Publix. In fact I did need help finding a cereal bar my kids wanted and it took the employee no time to look it up and WALK me to where it was located. I appreciate it because most other stores would only point you in the general area. Publix has top notch customer service.

We aren't from greeneville but happened to be in the area and needed a couple things, so we stopped in. I believe we are going to start coming here for all of our grocery needs! The staff was so friendly and helpful, and the selection is better than any we have in our town. They had someone sanitizing carts as we came in, a guy stocking walked past us and said hello and asked if we needed anything, a manger came and stocked our groceries after the regular bagger walked an elderly lady to her car... just a really impressive and positive shopping experience.
