You gotta remember that the staff are very busy and the are under staffed a lot of the time. And not everyone there is rude. They have bad days and they have feelings too.
I called to get treatment but was told they aren't accepting new patients. Do you guys have patients that have weekly appointments or what? They know that I literally just need to come in and get a prescription for a topical cream but can't take 10 minutes out of their day to help somebody. This town has the worst medical care

I started calling at 7:30 on the dot. And I kept calling, someone picked up at 7:39, but then I was put on hold until 7:50.nnAt which point I was told, there were no appointments left, and that I need to call at 7:30. I almost threw my phone.nnThe only reason I have to go here at all is because I have no insurance, and can't afford the outrageous cost of any other medical service.
I have been calling every morning at 7:30 trying to get an appointment to be seen by a doctor. Usually phone is busy until around 8:00 am, when I do get through the appointments are filled. Today I got through to someone (Laura) at exactly 7:30, who informs me all appointments are already filled. I asked how this could be it's just now 7:30? She says we are just that busy, sorry try calling again tomorrow. If they are this busy, why not add another doctor? I have never had so much trouble trying to get into a health department. When you don't have health insurance this is what you have to deal with. I hope I live long enough to get an appointment to be seen. So disappointed in this Greene county health department already...
