Phones, students are not allowed to be on devices, however, the employees are on their cellphones all day every day. The employees have radios to talk to each other, so I do not see why. If students aren’t allowed to even speak to their parents to ask if they are home, or take an important call, or anything without being screamed at by a teacher, why are employees allowed to have them out whenever and out in the open? I see employees with phones all day. They get distracted. I ask either allow fairness with cellphones and devices, or ban them for everyone, INCLUDING teachers.
