Was lied to about being able to buy a cell phone.3employess said system was down since bombing. District Manager called and took care of very next day.I still shop all their stores and will for my patients and family.Way to go Dollar General District Manager and the hard working employees and you know who those are.My grandkids love their Journeys .
I had bought 2 boxes of chocolate covered cherries, when I opened one box it looked like it had melted. They were all mashed together. When I returned them the girl working was very rude and wouldn't give me a refund . Said I had to exchange for same product . I didn't want more of the same so she finally gave me my money. She didn't even have me sign refund ticket. Extremely rude . I wished her a Happy New Year twice and she turned her back on me. The gentleman who works there is the only reason I go back. He is always nice and helpful. And Cheerful!
Some things are resonable others not so much the place is nasty and un organised. All an all id visit again
They most of the time have what I need to get, but sometimes your out so I go to another store
